Ever wonder how your catering company comes up with the delicious menus that end up at your event? Well I am here to give you a little incite into just that.
First off we talk to our clients, ask them what it is that they are wanting, do they already have a perfect idea of what it is that they want or is there anything that they absolutely do not want or can not have do to other reasons.
Next, we talk about what their price point is, how much are they wanting to spend per person at their event.
Once we have a price point decided it becomes much easier to start picturing the menu. Now we will share with them our menu options based on their price point, they will look over their options and then let us know what they would like to be served at their event.
We have pages after pages of menu options so don't be worried about thinking that price dictates favor because it does not. Every meal they we serve will have the same quality and flavor no matter if its the most expensive event or the cheapest event. We have so much pride in the food that we put out, we want everyone to be fully satisfied not only with our food but with our price as well. GOOD FOOD DOESN'T HAVE TO COST A FORTUNE!
